Project: Prospect Lefferts Garden Historic Home Renovation
Demo kicks off on our LPC Prospect Lefferts Garden home. Prior to demolition, the original woodwork was carefully and thoroughly protected. The top floor work area has been closed to allow the family to live downstairs while the work goes on. the existing roof joists are in extremely good condition, needing little to now repair, and their exposure grants more ceiling space than expected, once 2 layers of additional dropped ceilings were cleared away.
